Reasch On Scale Clean And Control Of Well In Chaoyanggou Oil Feild

Using the oil field chemistry knowledge and on the basis of analysis of liquid production ingredient of fouling well in Chaoyanggou oil field,the paper makes the use of x-dinraction, chemical quantitative analysis of scale buildup sample ingredients and the technology of scanning electronic mirror,quantitatively and qualitively analized the scale buildup sample's ingredients of fouling well, then derived that the main ingredient of scale buildup in the fouling well in Chao Yanggou field is CaCO3, minor ingredients are FeO or FeS, SiO2, organism , MgCO3, Fe2O3, Zn(OH)2d .The paper also analized the fouling mechanism of carbonate and organism and influencial factor in detail.Having derived the well fouling mechanism in Chaoyanggou field,through the study of chemical scale cleaning and controlling experiment indoors,deeply researched the process technology of cleaning and controlling scale of oil well. Studied well cleaning and controlling scale mechanism by thermal dynamics , chemical kinetics and chemical principle of interface and colloid, screened the chemical scale inhibtor H1-2002,which is a cleaning and controlling chemical and fit to the fouling well in Chaoyanggou field. Discussed the methods of controlling texture, and determined to use downhole dripping chemicals technology. Field test shows that cleaning and controlling scale chemical HL-2002 and downhole dripping chemicals technology are fit for prevention of well fouling in Chaoyanggou field. Input output ratio is 1:3. This method has got apparent economic profit.
