By analyze the key techniques in dimensional chain calculation presents the system method of complicated dimensional chain calculation.2. Presents the two-dimension dimensional chain search arithmetic based on DFS.3. Present the concept of form-abnormity and structure-abnormity according to the dimensional chain graph, calculation the freedom of the dimensional chain by modeling in order to check the veracity, and directly get function equations in CAD environment by vector algorithm.4. Correspond to the characteristic of computer aided dimensional chain calculation, present the judgment of redundancy equations, judgment of increase-decrease chrematistic, auto assign of unknown, algorithm of equations sequence calculation, enhance the robust and the calculation succeed proportion of the software.5. Use an example in practice to introducing the entire implementing process of the computer aided dimensional chain calculation software in detail.
