In this paper, three kinds Fe-base Shape Memory Alloys (SMA) were designed by adding C,Ti,RE(Ce) to improve their Shape Memory Effects (SME).These alloys are 1# Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C,2# Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni,3# Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C-Ti-Ce. By means of bend method, we have studied the influences of vary technics condition and different composition of SMA on the SME. The ability of alloy anti-corruption was also researched. In virtue of optical microscope, x-ray, TEM. the microstructure of SMA. were investigated.Results show that, the experiment alloys can obtain best shape memory ratio at 3.25% previous deformation degree, esp. alloy 1# ,ratio can reach the biggest of 96.9%; the quench temperature before bending and the temper temperature after bending have great effect on the SME, the best quench temperature and temper temperature is 700℃, under these condition alloy can obtain best SME; between 700~1000℃ rolling temperature, alloy can always gain good SME; the alloy,s performance is 1#>3#>2#, adding right of composite C,Ti,RE(Ce) can improve the Shape Memory Effect.After the rolling alloy quenched, the alloys matrix are γ austente +εheat reduced martensite. In fit of heat reduced ε martensite can enhance the SME; the experiment of anti-corruption show, the anti corruption of Fe-14Mn-6Si-9Cr-5Ni-0.15C Shape Memory Alloy is better than that of 304,316 stainless steel in NaOH lye.The experiment in this paper had paid main attention to practical engineering applications, optimizing the alloy,s composition by adding right of C,Ti,RE(Ce) and in addition at medium-sized pre-deformation, heat treatment can improve SME remarkably The results can be used as the reference for further development of this alloys....
