| High-speed cutting has the feature of high-speed and high-precision, it can not only raise greatly the efficiency of production, shorten time of production, reduce cost of production, but also improve greatly machining precision and surface quality of part. But high-precision grinding which uses high rotating speed can not be realized in NC-machine and manufacture centers which are currently being widely used because of the limited main spindle rotating speed(n<3000rpm). So it is necessary that a new raising speed mechanism is designed and produced to realize high speed cutting on the condition of not changing any strcture of machine The 1:8 direct drive new mechanism is designed by traction drive principle on the base of 1:5 traction drive speed-increasing mechanism finished. Its gear ratio is larger,but volume of per gear ratio is smaller than the former.So its structure is more easier and compacter. And it can realize output speed of 24000rpm when input speed is 3000rpm.During the development and reasearch of large gear ratio traction drive mechnism, firstly finite element analysis with ANSYS is done on the key part, especially on the contact state of output shaft and planet wheel, thus minimum interference magnitude is calculated and it provide important theoretical reference to research speed-raising mechanism.Secondly on the base of design, interface of intensity checking of large gear ratio traction drive speed-increaing mechnism is developed with VB software. By the interface, we can finish the intensity checking of solar shaft, low-speed shaft and bearing and fatigue intensity checking on surface of solar shaft and planet wheel. And they all satisfied requirement by theoretical arithmatic. In this way, theoreticalreference is given to the accuracy of structure design.In the end ,solid models of 35 parts on the mechanism are established and they are assembled and disassembled with CAD software Pro/Engineer. Doing these can check the design and combination of parts, prevent interference of parts and provide the base to machining and manufacturing.According to the study mentioned-above, author has developed and reasearched the large gear ratio traction drive speed-increasing mechanism. It produced a new kind of tool, realized the whole process from rough-machining to high-precision machining in workpiece's one-clamping, filled in the gaps in our country and has impormant theoretical and applied significance. |
