The coal shearer is a complex mechanical and electrical hydraulic integrated mechanical system.The load characteristics of the shearer parts are complex,and the design and analysis of these parts is an important link in the research and development of the shearer.At present,the design method of shearers in our country is more traditional.The intelligence of design process is not high and the dependence on empirical formula is large.Although enterprises have begun to apply modern design means such as CAD and CAE software,but only in the primary stage of the software application of CAD modeling and CAE analysis,the design process of modeling,analysis and optimization cannot be integrated,which seriously restricts the efficiency and quality of the design of the shearer.In order to solve the above problems and promote the design of Shearer to the direction of digitalization,integration and intelligentization,a solution that integrates modeling,analysis and Optimization in the same software is put forward.By studying the key technology of parameterized modeling,the key technology of parameterized CAE analysis,the key technology of parameterized optimization design,and using the two development tools of NX,a parameterized design and analysis system of key Parts of shearer traction unit based on NX is designed and developed.The key technology of parameterized modeling based on NX is studied,and the parameterized modeling method and implementation process based on dimension drive are determined,and the parameterized CAD building model system of the key Parts of shearer traction unit is developed.Designers can modify the size parameters in the interactive interface to create the 3D model of the parts quickly.With the help of Journal log tool of NX,the interface function of CAE parameterization analysis is obtained,and the parameterized CAE analysis subsystem of key Parts of shearer traction unit is developed.The system can achieve statics analysis,modal analysis,transient analysis,fatigue analysis and frequency response analysis of shearer parts.The designer does not need to master the CAE software,only needs to set or modify the parameters of the grid parameters,material parameters and load size in the interface.The system can automatically call the NX NASTRAN solver to analyze the model.Using the NX's own solver and obtaining the interface function needed by the optimization design,a parametric optimization design subsystem for the key parts of the shearer traction unit is developed.The designers only need to set or select a small number of parameters,and the system can get the optimal design variables to meet the design goals by iterative solution.The integrated method of CAD modeling,CAE analysis and optimization design is studied.The integrated interface function is determined.The parameterized design and analysis system of key Parts of shearer traction unit based on NX NASTRAN is developed.The system realizes seamless integration of CAD modeling,CAE analysis and optimization design in NX environment.The design,analysis and optimization of the key Parts of shearer traction unit have been improved,and the competitiveness of the enterprises is enhanced,and it has a certain promoting effect on the establishment of the digitization enterprise of the shearer.
