This thesis relies on the project of Transition From Surface Mining to Underground Mining of East-trip-mine in Daye Iron Mine. It elementarily studies the influence on the stability of mine rock in the transition from surface mining to underground mining. Researchers obtained reasonable parameters and the rang size of model for calculating simulation through researching the mine field's engineering geology, hydro geology, mechanical parameters of rocks, ground stress, setting up three-dimension calculating model and parting them by reseau with the aid of softwares, such as AutoCAD, Rhino and Ansys. This thesis, at the same time, calculates the finite element model with the software of Algor, and studies the changing characteristic of the new hypro-accrued stress field which is caused by the mass excavation in the three sublevels from the -24m to -48m range in the west while excavating at the first level. It indicates that the mechanism of rock breakage in the further relaxation of rock stress can be defined as tension. Generally, the accumulation of compressive stress doesn't cause rock breakage. The thesis points out the range that may occur breakage and the corresponding prevention of accidents, which offers scientific direction for the safety-production of mine.The convergence measurement of tunnel can sensitively judge the stability of surrounding rock accurately. It can forecast the time of accelerated deformation, breakage and collapse, and, consequently, can direct underground mining to go on safely and efficiently. Setting up a set of perfect management system and putting forward methods for forewarning and avoiding dangers play a positive role in reducing the accidents.The effective mine safety management should be actively ahead of time. It manages diversely and systematically on the condition of mutual cooperation, and sufficiently Self- controls people's initiative. It actually promotes the safety of whole mine system. Therefore, safety management of mine brings mineenterprises' with scientific reduction of disasters and improves the economic benefit simultaneously.
