Threshing and redrying is the key step of the whole cigarette manufacture. The flux, temperature and the stability of moisture will directly influence the quantity. Controlling the stability of moisture can reduce the wave of redried tobacco. Redrying can supply excellent material to produce excellent cigarettes. Adjusting moisture, purifying leaves, eliminating useless gases, killing pests and bacteria, all of these can be realized by controlling the temperature and moisture. It is also the key technology of tobacco redrying and useful for the nature aging of tobacco leaves.This article chooses the threshing and redrying product line in No.2 workshop in HongTa group as object. It analyzes the development and current status of redrying technology, and research the redryer's automatic control of the threshing and redrying product line. The redryer not only need strong technology with complex mechanism and many influencing factors, but maneuverability and experience with long reaction time. It is difficult to establish accurate maths model. This aticle analyzes the weakness of current control-the adjustment of the parameter in PID control ring completely depend on the operator's experience. The effect of control changes with operators, so as to cause the instability of moisture.It analyzes the development and current status of automatic control technology and control theory. It also compares the characters and apply range of current different intelligent control technology.Fuzzy control has many merits, such as display model with independence of object, strong adaptability, excellent performance, effective non-linear control, convenience of parameter adjusting, simple structure. It is convenient to realize the software and hardware with intelligence. Fuzzy control, based on computer, has the accuracy of digital control and the plasticity of software program.This article introduces in the fuzzy control theory, and designs an intelligent fuzzy controller which parallel a integral part on the control niles, so as to reduce or eliminate steady-state error.Using varied-universe of discourse and adding integral part can gain fine automatic control impact. It can maintain the moisture content in suitable range and improve the eligible rate of moisture in tobacco leaves.This article discuss the design principles and basic functions of fuzzy control system to tobacco redryer in details. It also research the realize of fuzzy control redryer.
