Effect Of Pretreatment Measures On Quality Uniformity Of Redried Tobacco

Threshing and redrying is an important process for tobacco to realize the transformation from agricultural products to industrial raw materials.The homogenization of product redrying is directly related to the stability of cigarette brand quality.In order to explore the influence of the pretreatment of the original tobacco on the uniformity of the quality of the redried tobacco,the production test was carried out in HL Redrying Factory.The influence of the whole selection and the whole selection method,the number of the handle and the reciprocating cloth pre mixing cabinet on the uniformity of the nicotine,sugar alkali ratio,moisture content and other indicators of the redried tobacco was analyzed.The main research results are as follows:1.Tobacco leaf integral selection can effectively eliminate the non-conforming grade tobacco mixed in the purchased original tobacco,improve the grade purity and quality stability of tobacco leaf,so as to improve the stability of nicotine,sugar alkali ratio and moisture content of redried tobacco leaf.The variation coefficients of nicotine,sugar alkali ratio and moisture content of redried tobacco decreased by1.45%,1.26% and 0.16%,respectively.2.Comparing the quality of redried tobacco leaves with three kinds of leaf selection methods,i.e.precision selection,flake selection and universal selection,it was found that the nicotine and sugar alkali ratio of redried tobacco leaves with different leaf selection methods in the middle of the same grade were significantly different;according to the nicotine uniformity of redried tobacco leaves,the order was:precision selection > flake selection > Universal selection;the sugar alkali ratio uniformity was that precision selection and flake selection were better than universal selection.The variation coefficients of nicotine and sugar alkali ratio in the top tobacco leaves were 1.06% and 0.62% lower than those in the general election,and1.39% and 1.09% lower than those in the top tobacco leaves.The uniformity of nicotine and sugar alkali ratio in the top tobacco leaves of the same grade was betterthan that in the general election,but the difference between the two was small.It showed that the effect of refinement on the top tobacco leaves was basically the same,All of them are better than general election.Compared with the general election,the variation coefficients of nicotine in refined and flaked selection were reduced by0.86% and 0.78% respectively,and the variation coefficients of sugar alkali ratio were reduced by 1.26% and 0.95% respectively.3.Comparing the quality of the middle and upper tobacco leaves of 30,28 and24 workers,it is found that the more the workers,the higher the mixing probability of the tobacco leaves,the better the premixing effect of the original tobacco,the more consistent the nicotine of the tobacco leaves,and the better the nicotine uniformity of the redried tobacco leaves.4.The influence of different sorting methods and different positions of handle on the uniformity of moisture content of redried tobacco is irregular.5.From the comparison of the ratio uniformity of nicotine and sugar alkali in 18 processing batches of redried tobacco,it is found that the shuttle reciprocating distribution storage cabinet can mix tobacco twice,improve the premixing effect of tobacco,improve the mixing uniformity,and improve the ratio uniformity of nicotine and sugar alkali in redried tobacco.The coefficient of variation of nicotine and the ratio of sugar to alkali decreased by 1.06% and 1.58% respectively.
