Environmental monitoring is an important branch of environmental science. The environmental monitoring is a subject that man confirms the environmental quality and transformation tendency through the determination the represent value of impaction the environmental quality factor.Now, the residue and distribution chemicals to the human and wild animals of bad impaction has give rise to the road attention. Due to the similar structure feature and analogous hormone, BPA, 2,4-DCP, PCP was made out a new analysis object, which is phenol environmental hormone. There is commonly water, atmosphere pollutant. So the determination of phenol compound is an important subject of environmental monitoring. In general, the UVD, FID, ED and HPLC were adopted. But these methods have low sensitivity or cost instrument, so the application range were been limited. The content of the environmental hormone substances in environment is very trace, on average in the range of l0-6-l0-12g. The CL is rapid, simple, sensitive, broad linear range, so this method has applied to foodstuff, medicine, biology, environmental monitoring. The investigation of the literatures showed that there is little research of the environmental hormone pollutants in CL analysis. So we tried to establish the CL methods that can be adaptable to determine some phenols in environmental hormone matters.The main works and results are summarized as follows:Part 1: it was observed that bisphenol A can inhibit the reaction of the potassium periodate -luminol on the condition of alkaline. According to this we established the new methods of determination bisphenol A. the method has a low detection limit, highly selective.Part 2: it was observed that 2,4-dichlorophenol could accelerate the reaction of the K3Fe (CN) 6 -luminol on the condition of alkaline. According to this we establishedthe new methods of determination 2,4-dichlorophenol. The method has a low detection limit, highly selective.Part 3: it was observed that pentchlorophenol can inhibit the reaction of the potassium periodate -luminol on the condition of alkaline. According to this we established the new methods of determination pentachlorophenol. The method has a low detection limit, highly selective.
