Abstract/Summary:
This paper is composed of the following two parts: In the first part, new fluorescent reagents 5a~5i were synthesized in different optimized methods. The reagents are: N-9-acridinyl glycine, N-9-acridinyl-L-alanine, N-9-acridinyl-L-valine, N-9-acridinyl-L-phenyl -alanine, N-9-acridinyl -L-methionine, N-9-acridinyl-L-aspartic acid, N-9-acridinyl-L-threonine, N-9-acridinyl-L-cysteine and N-9-acridinyl- -L-cysteine. 6a~6i were also synthesized: N-9-acridinyl glycine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl-L-alanine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl-L-valine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl- -L-methionine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl-L-aspartic acid methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl-L-threonine methyl ester, N-9-acridinyl- L-cysteine methyl ester and N-9-acridinyl-D-valine methyl ester. All the compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and element analysis. Besides, some N-phenyl-α-amino acids were synthesized by microwave radiation. This method was simple and convenient.In the second part, fluorescence and UV spectra of the aimed compounds 5a~5i were studied. The hydrolyzed property of 6a~6i was studied, too. On the base of this, N-9-acridinyl glycine was applied in the fluorescent determination of Cu(Ⅱ) and it shows that the method is simple, rapid and the results are reproducible.
