In view of sustainable developments, the synthesis processes of two amino acidssodium salts and four amino-based surfactants of good body affinity were discussedrespectively. Melting points of the amino acids and N-acylamino acids were determinedand molecule structure of target compounds were verified by IR and ~1HNMR, optimumconditions were concluded as follows:①Pyroglutomlc acid sodium salt: Prepared by dehydration-cyclization of sodiumglutamate. Condign conditions were as follows: sodium glutamate dosage was 20g,catalyst A dosage was 1.5% on basis of the weight of sodium glutamate, silicon oil was80g,, temperature was 170℃, reaction time was 3h. The yield was high up to 96.9%.②Sodium sarcosinate: methylamine, chloroactic acid and sodium hydroxide areadopted as raw materials at the following conditions: n(chloroactic acid): n(methylamine)was 1:4.temperature was 60℃, reaction time was 4h. The yield was high up to 82.9%.③Lauryl pyroglutamate: The esterification of lauryl alcohol and pyroglutamic wascarried out at a catalyst under the following conditions: n(lauryl alcohol):n(pyroglutomlc acid) was 1.0: 1.3, catalyst A dosage was 1.5% on basis of the weight oflauryl alcohol, temperature was 170℃, reaction time was 4h, and cyclohexane wasadopted as a water-carrying agent. The esterification yield was high up to 98.6%. Thecatalyst being used still had a high activity recycled nine times.④Sodium N-lauroyl glycinate: sodium N-lauroyl glycinate was synthesized inalkali medium (pH=11) of water/acetone(1:1, v/v) at the following conditions: n(lauroylchlorine):n(glycinate sodium) was 1:2, temperature was 20℃, reaction time was 3h. Theyield was high up to 88.4%.⑤Sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate: sodium N-lauroyl sarosinate was synthesized bythe condensation of sodium sarosinate and lauroyl chlorine in alkali medium (pH=10) ofwater/acetone(1:1, v/v) at the following conditions: n(sodium sarosinate):n(lauroylchlorine) was1.4:1, temperature was 30℃, reaction time was 3h. The yield is high up to 88.1%.⑥Sodium N-lauroyl glutamate: sodium N-lauroyl glutamate was synthesized by thecondensation of lauroyl chlorine and sodium glutamate in alkali medium (pH10) ofwater/acetone(1:2, v/v) at the following conditions: n(lauroyl chlorine):n(sodiumglutamate) was 1.5:1, temperature was 10℃reaction time was 3h. The yield was high upto 95.0%.
