This paper studied the relationships among assimilated-liquid's circumfluence and anaerobic bio-reactor's Organic Loading Rate (OLR). Narrate the factors those effect the process of matter transforming fatty acid and fatty acid transforming methane from two sides. The first, I researched the character's changing of mixed-liquid made of assimilated-liquid and alcohol-wastewater in different ratio, for example, mixed-liquid's chemical oxygen demand (COD) and the fluctuating scope of COD descended. We can reach the conclusion that mixed-liquid made of assimilated-liquid and alcohol-wastewater became much more stabilization through experimentation. Mixed-liquid's pH=6.5 when mixing ratio=2. The methane bacteria develop all right at the pH rangeThe second, I researched the influence of assimilated-liquid circumfluent velocity to OLR of anaerobic reactor, I designed OL/h>, 6L/FK 8L/h three different circumfluent velocity to test. The volatile fatty acid (VFA) and COD of assimilated liquid declined after adopting circumfluence measure, the OLR of anaerobic reactor increased obviously, the wastewater disposal volume of equipment enhanced, beyond 95% COD of alcohol wastewater can be wiped off.Anaerobic reactor is the important parts of anaerobic bio-treatment technics, the structure of anaerobic reactor can effect it's wastewater treatment ability directly. Thinking of result of the experiment and combining it with the practice, I have a idea of designing a new kind of anaerobic reactor, called Fluidized Fn-Cycling Anaerobic Sludge Blanket.
