Aiming at the limitations of the way to add static stiffness of the boring bar, this paper adopts a novel thinking way that adds the dynamic siffness of the boring bar to analyze a bar with a reduce vibration system in the boring bar. In my paper , the model of the boring bar is constructed , methods to analyze the character of vibration of the boring bar with six parameters is proposed , further, with the help of knowledge of mechanics of materials and hydrokinetics,quantitative calculation is made on the six parameters , the arithmetic of five of them was programmed , and at last , a boring bar whose operationship between overhang length and tool diameter is 6:1 is designed and emulate the the model with Matlab . Another content of the paper is the testing system of vibration is designed , and the system writes the software to test signals with Visual C++.
