Study On Brominated Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber Plug For Large Infusion

In recent years, as a result of speed development of drug that can be infused,demand for the packing material is on the increase and the quality requirement isbecome more and more high. Greater part of the factory that produce medicinalrubber plug in our country manufacture many more rubber plug for antibiotic than forlarge infusion. In addition, nature rubber as a main material for medicinal rubber plugdid not reach the set standard of quality. It is the cause of the import of rubber plug inmany pharmaceutical factories. Therefore, it is important to development of thepharmaceutical industry in our country that improve quality and increase productionto the rubber plug. In this paper, a formula for new rubber plug------brominated isobutylene isoprenerubber plug for large infusion is proposed, which is picked out from studies onrelationship between various rubber and synergist of the rubber plug. A series of test for contrast between properties of different kinds of rubbersdetermined that BIIR is best material for large infusion rubber plug. Adopting avulcanization system of Zinc oxide, the cleanliness and heat-durability is increased. Itis advantageous to chemical and biological nonreactivity of rubber plug that chooseinert filler------calcine clay. The effects of the vulcanizing agent------ZnO,MgO andvulcanizing accelerator------TMTD,DM,PZ and calcine clay on properties that resistacupuncturing of rubber plug is researched by orthogonal experiment. It points outthat increase quantity of filler suitably in order to higher economic efficiency. A new vulcanizing technology------vacuumized surface plate vulcanizing isadopted. It cut out the operation that infiltrate water and increase productionefficiency. The workshop and facilities are transformed for purification. It ensure asepsis inprocess of production. The rubber plug as a product of this study is up to the charactertarget.
