The Research Of On-Line Inspecting Technology For Five-Axes NC Machine Tools

The technology of on-line inspection for machine center is one of the key technology of improving the working precision and the degree of operating automatization for machine center, and is the necessary part of the quality guarantee system in CIMS. The research of the theory and applying of the on-line inspecting for the multi-axes machining is the hotspot inside and outside the country in the aspect of NC technology, and is the nodus in the fact. Integrating the problem of the Shenyang machine tool co., ltd, the technology of on-line inspecting for five-axes NC machine center have been studied.The contents of the study are as follows:1. Analyse the researching status and study the fruit inside and outside the country.2. Study on the scheme of the system of on-line inspection technology including the frame, programming and the controlling method, focusing the measuring requirement of the working for the complicated multi-axes NC machining.3. Study on the inspecting path planning and programming method of the system of on-line inspection technology for five-axes machine center.4. Study on the function of the applied on-line inspecting system for the five-axes NC machining and object oriented system development of the on-line inspecting and controlling for five-axes machine.5. Passing the examination aiming at the requirement of the on-line inspecting and controlling for the five-axes NC machining in production.
