In the paper, perovskite LixMyTi03(M==La,In,Cr,Ba,Sr,Ni,Ca) ion conductor was prepared by Sol-Gel method.It proves that the superiority of the Sol-Gel method to prepare the nano-meter particle by TG-DTA and XRD.The PH value of the solution, the temperature of the reaction,solution concentration and the solvent were considered to study the influence of productions' characteristic.In this base, the powder samples were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD and TEM, Ionic conductivity of the sintered pellet was studied A-C impedance spectroscopy. The experiments show that ionic conductivity of the materials increases.Lanthanum lithium titanates with perovskite structure show high ionic conductivity as high as 10-4Scm'1 at room temperature.Such a high conductivity is considered to come from the presence of a vacancy on the A-site and a lot of equivalent sites for the lithium ion to occupy and freely move in the A-site space of perovskites.
