This paper introduced the planning of cold rolling technique and the composition of the control system. Analyses the performance and demanding of the system on control aspect of rolling and introducing of component of controlling circuit, transfer of A/D and D/A, output and input bus-reference of the practical usage.3. The excellent interface, visualize maneuverability, real-time detection and control of the application software programmed in VB language. The ability to maintain the correspondence of rolling process and mental deformation based on the quick process of detection signal and the in-timely sending of controlling orders.The contents expounded in this the article is very profitable for the practical use of cold rolling technique, and has been proofed in practice.
