For a long time, the nitrogen utilization ratio is low which pollutes the environment, harms human being health .It is one of the focus on questions in the world. Using urea inhibitor enzyme make the slow/controlled release compound fertilizer ,it is the technical key to increase production N improve efficiency > reduce pollution. According to the situation, this research adopt indoor simulated test and a pot experiment together. Study on the effect of urease inhibitors and the slow/controlled release fertilizer the aim is picking out effctive inhibitors, additives, and mixing them with urea to the slow-controlled release compound fertilizers .The result of study shows:1 .Humic acid(HA) has the effect on urease inhibitor activation of the soil, delays the speed of urea hydrolysis in the soil and decreases the volatilization of ammonia. Under the certain condition, the effect of humic acid will be more and more better with the increase of dosage. HA 15>HA 1OHA 5>HA2>HA1. The function of suppressing the urease activities is not obvious.2.The fuction of increasing crop production of firedamp liquid is remarkable on the agriculture. But the function as urease inhibitor is not good .The curves of the urease activities are no difference between firedamp liquid and contrast.lt have no effect on the urease activities in the soil, Firedamp liquid is unsuitable to become the compositon of slow/controlled release fertilizer.3.The Hydroquinone(HQ) can play the funtion when the dosage of HQ is between 0.02%-0.05%.When HQ<0.02%,it almost has no the effect, HQO.05% already makes the function better. HQO.2% begins to postpone the released peak period of ammonia, and with the increasing of the dosage of HQ, the result is more and more remarkable.4.The function of HQ is better than that of HA on the whole. Only the function of HA 15 and HA 10 is equal to the function of HQ.HA has the developing prospect as a inhibitor and cementing.5.Among six slow/controlled release fertilizers. HA fertilizers and HQ fertilizers have the result of releasing slowly. The series of HQ fertilizers is steady and postones the released peak period of ammonia. The effect of HQ fertilizers are better the those of humicacid fertilizers. However, the humic acid fertilizers are environmental.6.The best effect of pot experiment is the NAP which is one of a serial of humic acid fertilizers, its first rape biomass is high, the nitrogen utilization ratio is high in this reason, but the effect is general in next season .It is suitable for short-grown crops. The NHP of a serial of HQ fertilizers is suitable for long -grown crops. Except special fertilizers, the most of fertilizers improve the utilization ration of nitrogen, but with the increasing of amount of applying fertilizers, the nitrogen utilization ration is decreasing gradually. Low Ni(15kg/acre) is reasonable.Synthesizing the result of the above, the slow/controlled release fertilizers with urease inhibitors. can increase crop prodution, improve the nitrogen utilization ratio, increase economic efficiency, reduce the environmental pollution .At the same time ,they also have offered important technical support and scientific theoretical foundation for the agriculture sustainable development.
