Through electric chemical method, this test studied 304 stainless steel's rust electricity action. The temperature is 30℃ and the negative ion solution' concentration is 10-4mol/L.At the same time determined the time current curve of the 304 stainless steel from 1500mV~+150mV.Anode polarization curve reflect the rust course from corrupt volume. Moreover the test adopted suitable maths model to imitate the curve. The analyzing result indicated that 304 stainless steel has a different time current curve in the different negative incurrent is littler. if the negative ion's rigidity is harder ,stainless steel's surface take off more proton, then passive film is more stability. In the experiment , we can find out the rule that is the effect of anodic ion to emerge proton which forms at the time of the form of the passive film , which is in very pure water .It gives a good and direct experiment base of the anodic ion to the stress corrosion of stainless steel.Ni Xiaorui (Environmental engineering)Directed by Prof. Zhang Shenghan...
