In primary circuit of pressurized water reactor, the main problem is the hazards to system caused by high-pressure, high-temperature and radioactive irradiation; the corrosive theory is very complicated. The corrosion which included stressing corrosion, gap corrosion, and crystals-between corrosion etc. The corrosion affects the lifetime of system equipment, and will destroy the equipment directly at a certain point. If the can material zirconium alloy damage occurs, it may cause leakage of fission products, and make the big harm to the system. Therefore, the study of the primary circuit water chemical effect to can material zirconium alloy and the improving to water environment has great significance to reduce the cladding corrosion and ensure its integrity. The study using Photocurrent、curve of polarization、Mott-Schottky curve text the properties Zn ions on the formation of zirconium alloys in water temperature oxide film semiconductor. When the Zn ion went into the vacancy by using light current test technique, instead of the positive ion in the vacancy, which caused the oxidation film constituent structure changed, and the deeper mix level emerged. That made the electronic transition more easy, which as same as band gap turned narrow. As the polarization curve shown, the intrant Zn ion made the corrosive electric potential negative transfer, corrosive current decrease, and that also illustrated the corrosion resistance increased as put into the Zn ion. From the Ms curve method, we got the point that the joining of the Zn ion could reduce the concentration of the current carrier, which was also a characteristic of the increased corrosion tesistance.
