GSM (Global System for Mobile) was developed toward the third generation, its target is to realize that anyone at any time with at any place can with another person proceed any type information commutation. In this thesis a solution was put forward that the GSM signal (RX:890 - 909MHZ,TX:935 - 954MHZ) of high quality and perfect network can be extended to the shaft excavation system and be magnified to meet the need of the use of cellular phone, aimed at the characteristics of roadway system , on the base of the rapid development of mobile communication technology, and the imitate test be done to verify the attenuation scope of 900' signal(the brief name of GSM signal) deliver in the shaft excavationsystem with the concrete analysis, consequently the project of mobile communication in more sites in shaft be advanced to realize the mobile communication.Practice proved that in the severe work site of shaft, we can not do without communication even for a moment and the mobile communication can play a more important role in this circumstance management and present its enormous value with meaning.
