Chitosan is a kind of alkalescence amylose that existed in the nature exclusively, no poisonous and biodegradable. Its come from the shell of shrimp and crab. In the our country , the resources of chitosan is abundant, the yield is high, and the price is low. The large quantity usage can still resolve problem of shell of shrimp and crab along the sea, therefore this is a kind of ideal ocean resource we can research . In the last few years chitosan conduct and actions as the new medicine complement is in the ascendant.Sustained-release preparations is a new product with many advantage. Its include accurate curative effect, badly respond to reduce, patients compliance. Preparation of Sustained-release preparations is concerned more and more. Sustained-release preparations used chitosan is not only function of sustained-releases markednessly, but also can't accumulate in the body.Levofloxacin is the third generationgs of fluoroquinolones. Its half life is 6 hours, and capbality of antibiotic is very good.Chitosan-levofloxacin sustained-release microsphere is preparationed by polycondensation in this paper, examined the relationships between several effect factors and the qualityof the microsphere, and as well as determined the best preparation techonlony of chitosan-levofloxacin microsphere.System temperature is 60℃, soya salad oil 28ml, Span80 1.6ml, chitosan hydrolyze time: 3 hour ,chitosan: Levofloxacin=l:1.7, time of polycondensationt is 0.5 hour , oikwater is 3.5:1 .drug-loading rate of chitosan-levofloxacin sustained-release microsphere is 43.88%. The microsphere is a very nice sustained-release preparations.
