Iron and Steel is the main construction material and the most output of function material in the 21 century. The product of iron and steel in china is developing. Since 1996, the iron and steel production is taken up by china for 5 years. And it is increasing every year. Iron-making technology is improving fast, and the techno-economy figure is largely rising.But compare to the international advanced level, the level gap of the techno-economy figure of ironmaking is still difference in general. High blast temperature and pulverized coal injection with the help of oxygen blast are the focus on development of blast furnace technology in inland and abroad. Of course, they are also the modem front edge technology in iron-making. The application and improving of pulverized coal injection accelerates the large development of iron and steel industry in China. Based on the research of ChuanWei iron and steel company (CWISC), the paper has a basic research in the new intensive process in blast furnace. Through the research, we obtain more calculated data and resource. Improving the quality of agglomerate of CWISC, applicating the theory of systems engineering, strengthening the operation management of blast furnace, designing the calculate softwares of utilization of the blast furnace energy, charging material, the energy of blast and eroding the bottom of blast furnace, which can be guided the production of blast furnace.Making use of the work of refine charge, material balance, heat balance and energy utilization of 380 m3 blast furnace in CWISC, the paper makes a research of charging material in the top of blast furnace, kinetic energy, eroding of the bottom of blast furnace and the operation management of blast furnace, and obtain the complete calculated data and softwares. They can be consulted in the production and the managements practice of blast furnace.The thesis establish the energy utilization model of blast furnace (including index of blast furnace production, matching the daily charge and the cost of hot metal), the model of charging material in the top of blast furnace, the kinetic energy model and the eroding model of the blast furnace bottom.The thesis provides four calculation softwares about utilization of the blast furnace energy, charging material, the kinetic energy and eroding of the blast furnace bottom.These softwares may be installed in working house and the department of production management.Forcast the way and effect of intensive process for 380m3 BF in CWISC.
