The Research And Development Of Real Time Inspect & Control System Of Sewage Anaerobic Treatment Based On Configuration Technology

This paper combined the advanced computer control technology with the configuration technique based on the basic theory of sewage anaerobic treatment and brought forward the system of real time Inspect & Control which applied on the Self-circle EGSB Reactor. Control method of every parameter is confirmed according to the parameter demand of sewage anaerobic treatment control system after analyzed and compared the diversiform control theory and control method. The control system adopting the PLC as the subordinate computer to control electric equipments according to the demand of this task, and at the same time using the Configurable Software-KingView to realize the configuration of the whole control system, and realizes the Inspect & Control function to the whole system at last. The feasibility of plan is validated further by the actual work of the system.Abundant theoretical knowledge is well applied to the practical project in this paper. From selecting instruments, designing control system, programming and debugging to the configuration of control system, the perfect result is obtained at last. The study of this project supplys the function of dynamic control of every kinds of system parameter and assures the normal work of the Self-circle EGSB Reactor, and the study supplies the experiment flat roof which can be used to the later further sewage anaerobic treatment.
