In view of the current situation of rice wine fermentation industry.a control system for rice fermentation with simple structure,complete function and easily control effect was designed,which based on the study of fermentation technology and fermentation characteristics of rice wine,aiming at the system,an intelligent control algorithm based on fuzzy PID is designed,and the man-machine interface of the system is designed and simulated.According to the control requirements of the system.an automatic control system for rice wine fermentation based on PLC,Kingview and automatic detection instrument was designed.(1)S7-200 PLC was used as the core control unit of the whole system.The host adopts CPU224module and EM222 digital input/output module to expand the digital quantity,EM231 and EM232 module were used to expand the analog input/output,respectively.Meanwhile,the novel system combined with sensors,transmitters,electric control valves and other field components to control the executing mechanism(i.e.temperature,pressure and other parameters).(2)The system used the fuzzy-PID intelligent control algorithm to determine the mathematical model of temperature change in fermentation process,then simulink module in MATLAB is used to simulate the process of variable temperature control.The temperature simulation curve fitted well with the temperature trend curve of the actual fermentation process,indicating that the algorithm has the advantages of simple structure,low overshoot and rapidly dynamic response.(3)The configuration design of man-machine interface was carried out by using computer and Kingview software.The functions of process curve setting,display of fermentation parameters,alarm output and report printing were completed.In this paper,the temperature control system of rice wine fermentation system was established based on the theory of fuzzy PID algorithm,the hardware platform of PLC,sensor and regulating valve and the software platform of Kingview.The control system has good flexibility,stability,easy to operate man-machine interface,and meets the basic indicators of fermentation temperature control.It proves that the control system is feasible and effective,and can provide meaningful reference for the design of the same type of fermentation control.
