With the exploiture in oil field, the water percent in gained liquid increases year by year after long-term affusion. The dirty liquid contained oil should be infused into oil well again. It has many advantages, it can suit the stratum very well and prevent the clay in oil layer from stemming the small opening of stratum. But it is very difficult to filtrate the liquid contained oil very well. It not only need control the percent and granule radius of the float in the sewage, but also solve the oil pollution to the filter. Daqing oil field has already come into the exploiting anaphase of high water percent, with the third exploiture, especially polymer drive and three dimension drive, it is more difficult to separate oil and water in a complex dirty liquid contained oil. At the same time, the demand of oil field exploiture makes the disposed water increased, the disposed demand more advanced. The old disposal technics for water drive can not meet the demand of the disposal require of more complex liquid contained oil. In this case, it is necessary to look for a filtrate technique with good filtrating effect, steady performance and strong adaptability.To meet the demands of oil field locale, the paper study and design new compaction style altering fibre ball filter. The sieve material of the filter is altering fibre ball with hydrophile quality. And sieve material compaction equipment is first used. It can be proved through lab experimentation and productive experimentation that compaction style altering fibre ball filter is better than nut shell style filter and sand sieve style filter in disposal effect apply range and economy benefit for oil field dirty water.The principal conclusion and achievement are: (1) The compaction style altering fibre filter is suitable for deep disposal for liquids contained oil of polymer drive oil field. Effluent water arrives at the low penetrating oil layer affusion water quality standard. After we adopt the fibre ball filter, the equal oil quantity of the effluent water can arrive at 8mg/l, the equal suspending object quantity is 2mg/l and the equal particulate radius is less than or equal to2.0 u m, in the condition of the equal oil quantity in the inpouring water is 30mg/l and the suspending object in the inpouring water is 27mg/l. In the course of filtering, the small opening ratio of the filter bed is gradually minished from up to bottom, the mostly accumulating mud is gradually moved down, the whole filter bed has the more capability to hold dirt and has more reasonable portrait and landscape orientation hole ratio distribute, the holding dirt quantity of per-volume filter bed is equal to 18-42kg/m3. It has the outstanding inverse washing effect, inverse washing water rate is less than <2%, the remaining accumulating mud rate is less than <2%. It is in high speed and can dispose more liquid, the pressure loss increases slowly and the inverses washing cycle can reach 24 hours. (2) I deduce the math relation between daily water quantity in per-area filter and filtrating speed , get that increasing filtrating speed is the determinant for increasing daily water quantity in per-area filter.(3) I bring forward the concept of filter performance curve, protract the integrated performance curve of compaction style altering fibre ball filter in contact technics, and apply the method of performance curve in sieve technics design and filter operation.The paper summarizes the penetrating characteristic in low penetrating oil field, between filter pressure loss, filtrating cycle and filtrating speeds turbidity of inpouring water. I get the damnification ratio of the altering fibre ball through middling test in the lab. All these compaction style altering fibre ball filters have great guidance significance for the apply and extend in oil field locale .
