The following entrust material-mechanism in the large press brake adopts the servo electrical machinery and the proportion servo valve to control and pole organization mainly. But this kind of equipment either costs high or the precision is not high, and also there are some parts less than satisfactory on technology.This thesis introduce a support mechanism of press brake which is designed by auther (gear-cam composite mechanism), this mechanism has the characteristics that precision high , economical and practical at the same time. The mechanism is Innovative and has already been applied for the national patent. The thesis also uses PRO-E to analyzing the gear-cam composite and gear-pole composite mechanism by the modeling and simulating design.This thesis has designed the gear-pole composite mechanism by optimization design. At last,there are some designs of the cam which is the most important part of the gear-cam composite mechanism in the thesis.And has made some researches on the outline design of the cam whose follower moves complex by enveloping theory. Draw correct practical solution and it is Innovative.
