According to function of forest virescence, adjusts measures to local conditions, inserts green in every bit of time or space, and layouts reasonably various wood varieties, such as economic fruit tree, forest park, leisure wood-garden, nature conservation area, green passage, landscape along river, protecting biology multiplicity, and so on. Measures, such as applying the advanced forest technique, adopting the artificial forest, closing the land for reforestation, are used to improve inhabitant's environment quality, to increase popularity and competition ability of Changsha, to forge new investing environment.
