development of social economy,Loudi is developing from resource utilization city to comprehensive city with equal emphasis on resource utilization and ecological protection.The construction of national forest city in Loudi is beneficial to the better and faster development and transformation of the city.The research discussed and analyzed the basic theories of sustainable development,ecological civilization construction,ecological restoration,landscape planning and design,and their status and role in forest city construction,providing theoretical support for the construction of Loudi National Forest City.At the same time,through field inspections,comprehensive investigations and collection of information about the current situation of forest city construction,referring to the Indicators For National Forest City,The current situation of forest city construction was evaluated from three aspects:the pattern of urban ecological security,the overall nature of forest city construction and the zoning characteristics,and the ways to improve the forest city construction capacity of Loudi City were proposed.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Ecological security pattern evaluation.Select resistance factors from the three aspects of natural environment,ecological services,and disaster risk,establish a hypothetical model of ecological security pattern,draw resistance surfaces based on the model,and identify ecological corridors,ecological sources,and ecological nodes.It is found that the ecological source land of Loudi City is not closely related,and the connection between ecological corridor and safety pattern is incomplete.(2)Comprehensive evaluation.The comprehensive evaluation result is obtained based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Overall,Loudi City forest city construction is a medium level,and the current status of construction is average,with an evaluation value of 0.1375.The specific performance is as follows:the forest network(B1)and forest health(B2)have a medium construction level with an evaluation value of 0.2317 and 0.1287 respectively;the ecological welfare(B3)has a relatively high level of construction with an evaluation value of 0.1290;ecological culture(B4)And organizational management(B5)indicator construction level is low,with evaluation values of 0.0434 and 0.0303 respectively.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results,the key points of forest city construction are obtained.(3)Divisional evaluation.According to the ArcGIS spatial analysis model,the geographic area evaluation map is obtained.The results show that the development of forest city construction is uneven among regions,and the uneven regional development is the root cause of the unsatisfactory status quo of the construction.The specific performance is:the area of the five grades of excellent construction,good,normal,weak,and weak accounted for 6.62%,17.70%,26.58%,28.99%,and 20.12%respectively.Excellent areas are scattered and relatively small.Areas with weaker development and below account for nearly half of the area,and there is more room for development.Based on the results of the regional evaluation,the key parts for the improvement of the forest city construction capacity have been determined.The district evaluation shows that the overall green quantity of Loudi city is insufficient,among which the green quantity of Xinhua county is the least and the construction is the weakest.The ecological restoration points of the damaged abandoned land are concentrated in Lianyuan City and Lengshuijiang City,and the restoration points in other regions are less distributed and need to be taken according to local conditions.The ecological science popularization system only has the related science popularization place in Louxing District,Shuangfeng County and Xinhua County,and the ecological marking system needs to lay out the concrete propaganda place.(4)Loudi City National Forest City Construction capacity improvement Research.Based on the evaluation results,related basic theories and urban ecological safety construction needs,research and propose corresponding overall projects and district construction projects for the key and key construction sites of Loudi National Forest City.Including ecological security pattern and green way optimization:the hierarchical construction of ecological corridors in Loudi City,the optimization of vegetation on both sides of the corridor and so on;Ecological restoration of damaged
