In 2003, the cement production of our country amounted to 800 milliontons, which up to now was the largest output of cement of the countries in theworld. Dust has been easily produced at many places in a cement plant, which,if not controlled would cause many hidden dangers to the health of theworkers; Especially, occupational diseases such as silicosis disease would becaused by activated produced from mine and now material polish systems. Ifthe dust has fallen on the machine, it would quicken the wear and tear of allkinds of works, would shorten the life span and running rate of the instrument,and would reduce precision and reliability of the controlling instrument; Ifthere was much dust in the buildings, the shoulder would increase and theoutward appearance would be affected; If crops were polluted by dust, theoutput would be reduced. If dust were not retrieved , if would increase theconsumptions of raw material,fuel and motive power. On the basis ofstatistics, the content of dust in the production of cement is about 6 to 12percent. These show that doing well in the sucking up work of cement plantshas very important meaning for protecting people's healthy, improvingproduction efficiency, reducing production cost and protecting ecologyenvironment. Research Methodology The research methodology is on the basis of dust removing efficiency ofelectricity dust remover is largely influenced by the physical properties andother factors of dust, especially the influence of dust proportion – resistance ismore protruding, the dust – removing efficiency for the dust remover in manycement plants appears unstable. How to make the electricity dust removerrunning with stability and with high efficiency is a throughout unsolvedtechnical problem in many cement plants.
