In this paper, the treatment of dying industrial wastewater by photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) and a new process: Iron Aluminum Carbon micro-electrolysis immobilized PSB + immobilized biological reactor was investigated. Aluminum powder was added into the normal carbon micro-electrolysis technology, the new technology could remove 60% of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and over 80% of Chromaticity Color(CC). Several immobilization methods were compared. And the Circulatory Freezing and Thawing method of PVA was optimal. The immobilized biological reactor with immobilized PSB treating dying wastewater could get good removal effect, the COD in the effluent was less than 450 mg/L when the hydraulic retention time of the reactor was 12 hours, achieving the third level of Discharge Standard on Dying Industry In China.
