In this paper, dying industrial wastewater from a dying-made enterprise of Nanjing was studied and draw a new Dying Industrial wastewater treatment technology: Dying Industrial wastewater ?Iron Aluminum Carbon micro-electrolysis Fixed Photosynthetic bacteria(PSB) ?Biological Powder Activated Carbon Treatment Process(PACT) ?Discharge . The technology was used to the treatment of dying industrial wastewater in the lab for fifteen days and the Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) and the Chromaticity Color ( CC) remove rates is 97.86% and 99.0% respectively. The effluent quality achieve the II level of Discharge Standard on Dying Industry in China (GB4287-92)By comparison, the new dying industrial wastewater treatment technology is superior to the traditional technology on the project investment running cost. The results showed that the new technology will save 31.4%project investment, 25.46%equipment investment and 20.12 % treatment cost per ton wastewater. Some conclusions of the research can be used as design basis and theory guide in applying the new technology.
