More and more power plants will be confronted with the problem of choosing appropriate FGD technology along with more and more recognition about SO2 pollution. Wet lime/limestone flue gas desulfurization technology is applied most widely for coal-fired power plants all over the world at present. In this paper, we research on the quality analysis of absorbent, additive optimize and the effect of wet desulfurization system on generator operating performance. Research has going ahead of the rest nature, innovative with practibility, the results are a help for desulfurization absorbent select of power plant and desulfurization system design and operate.The paper comprises five parts:Firstly, introduce the origin and endanger of sulfur dioxide, the current discharging situation and environmental protection policy, control technology, then give the researching content of this paper.Secondly, explained all-sidedly to the current used situation and the technical development of limestone/gypsum wet desulfurization, and introduce the desulfurization system in detail.Then, survey and study on the spot to the lime stone, and initial proposition desulfurization limestone performance tests the analytical method. Based on the test result, and consider the factors, such as resource, traffic and price of every lime stone ore,etc. synthetically, we have chosen the limestone supply area of Beilun power plant's flue gas desulfurization item.This paper also utilizes the nerve network to carry on optimum design to the desulfurization additive. We research on the sulfur dioxide absorption characteristics of multi-component suspension based on neural network, and compare with calculating value of model one through the testing value, have verified the rationality of the model.Finally, we analyze the effect of wet desulfurization system on generator operating performance of Qianqing power plant in Zhejiang province, have putforward some reference suggestions run and designing to the system.
