Sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulate matter are the main pollutants in the FCC flue gas. Develop more stringent control standards, the State Environmental Protection Department recently released "petroleum refining industrial pollutants emission standards" concentrations of pollutants in refinery gas SO2, NOx, particulate matter, and so on. In order to reduce the environmental pressure of enterprises, it is imperative to find out the high efficiency flue gas desulfurization treatment technology.In this paper, a large number of domestic and foreign flue gas desulfurization technology to do a lot of search and analysis. Compared to the traditional desulfurization method such as the representative of wet flue gas desulfurization desulfurization method, semi dry flue gas desulfurization and dry flue gas desulfurization, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various desulfurization techniques. Pointed out that our country can learn from the experience of developed countries and advanced desulfurization desulfurization technology, research and development of desulfurization technology and joint research, development of desulfurization technology in line with China’s national conditions as soon as possible.Foreign technology used in FCC flue gas desulfurization are non renewable wet scrubbing process and regeneration process of two kinds of wet scrubbing. Non regenerative wet scrubbing process in catalytic cracking flue gas desulfurization using the most representative is Du Pont-BELCO company of EDV wet scrubbing technology, at present in foreign countries have hundreds of refining enterprises adopted the EDV wet scrubber desulfurization technology.In this paper, the research of flue gas desulphurization technology application in Daqing Refining and chemical company, Dalian West too catalytic cracking unit, combined with flue gas device of large displacement, large differences in concentration of sulfur dioxide, and the transformation of the area is small, the installation of continuous operation for a long time, the device of new flue gas desulphurization technology programs were analyzed. The common desulfurizing adsorbents were compared. From technology is mature, reliable operation, large industrial performance and other various factors to determine the BELCO EDV wet flue gas desulfurization technology, using lye as absorbent(Dalian West too with magnesium hydroxide as absorbent, Daqing Refining with Na OH as absorbent, removal of sulfur dioxide in flue gas and dust particles. Through to the research of refinery in two flue gas desulfurization process, make a concrete analysis of problems appeared in the operation of the technical characteristics of the two sets of unit flue gas desulfurization, desulfurization effect and the device, that the EDV wet flue gas desulfurization process is valuable for engineering application.Two refinery catalytic cracking flue gas after EDV of wet flue gas desulfurization and dedusting, remaining in the flue gas SO2, NOx and particulate matter, meet the requirements of "petroleum refining industrial pollutants emission standards", namely efflux flue gas SO2 concentration is less than 100 mg / Nm3 and particulate matter less than 50 mg / Nm3. Through more than three years of operation, two refinery FCC emissions in the flue gas pollutant concentration decreased significantly, meet the requirements of the total control indicators, has good social benefit and environmental benefit.
