Fouling And Slagging,Heat Transfer Property And Pollutant Emission Property Experimental Studies On Organic Waste Liquid Of CWS

The disposal means of high concentration and poisonous organic waste liquid is a very difficult problem to the field of circumstance protection.The determined heat value of the smoked organic waste liquid in the laboratory is about 300 kj/kg,which is very low.If we want to burn it ,we need add other combustion-supporting fueLThe organic matter of Huaihua has the additive of the CWS to the momentSo it is a best choice to make waste liquid CWS and burn it in the factory boiler.lt will result in fouling and slagging when it is used in the boiler. In this paper ,we mainly introduce the retrofitting of a 20t/h steam chain boiler into a waste liquid CWS-fired boiler,including slagging property, heat transfer property and pollutant emission property.This research is innovative to enlarge the origin of the CWS and exploit CWS appliance field.Firstly use the silica-charcoal stick to carry through slagging property test of static state and dynamic state about waste liquid CWS in order to educe detailed slagging process.Secondly carry through fusion property about waste liquid CWS and contrast it to CWS.Thirdly research the characteristic of ash component distribution in combustion furnace and laboratory in order to open out alkali metals migration rule.At last adopt fuzzy multifactorial decision model to judge two samples slagging property taken from Huaihua and Xinwen boiler burning CWS.The results of the fuzzy multifactorial accord with the results of the industry test.lt confirm the accuracy of the fuzzy multifactorial decision.In the aspects of pollutant emission,the emissions of both SO2 and NOx measured at the rear part of the boiler conform to the environmental regulation. In order to compare the change instance of the trace element between original coal and waste liquid CWS ,test the content of 5 trace element in the original coal, waste liquid CWS ,bottom slag and fly ash.Analyse the migration of trace elements in a industry boiler.Furthermore ,research the heat transfer property on this boiler.
