As a potential drug for tumor and new organic optical electrochemical material, Rare earth metalloporphyrin compounds attached more attention in the past years. The research work focused on synthetic novel Rear earth metalloporphyrin and application in chemistry, medicine and material field.In this paper, we discuss the electrochemical behavior of spatial configuration 3d-4f bi-meta rare earth porphyrinate based on literature on various conditions.The electrochemical behavior of (TMOPP) Ln[P(=O) (OEt)2]3Co (C5H5) (Ln=yb; Er) was studied in various conditions. It was greatly affected by the surface of electrode the concentration and classes of support electrolyte the value of pH the thickness of the modified film.The electrochemical response of Ln'(TMOPP)(-OH)]2'THF(Ln'=yb; Tm) was investigated in different conditions. it's voltammetry curve was little affected by the concentration and classes of support electrolyte the value of pH the thickness of the modified film.It was obviously that the electrochemical behavior of porphyrin was greatly affected by substituent groups, the -C5Hs group improvement and the porphyrin weakening it...
