While the sun brings the facility to people, bring inconvenience to people's life too, in a lot of countries, spray equipments, air condition, electric fan, etc. is used of equipment to lower the temperature, accounts for more than 20% of total energy consumption of the whole year. We develop a new coating for reflection the solar heat energy in order to reduce inside temperature, and play an isolation and getting heat dissipation role. This text research one improved experiment method that utilize conic tropic heat energy reflectivity in coating carry on data fit, quicken the course in the incipient experiment; This text research fundamental and the factors what affect the coating's capability of the reflection heatenergy also. Through researching resin and pigment's affection to capability of the reflection heat energy, combining orthogonality experiment, some better materials are screened out. Then anew type coating is developed by utilizing nanometer materials. Diffuse reflectance spectro-photometry with an integrating sphere was used to determine the reflective index of HIC in regions of visible and near infrared light(200~2600nm).The developed white HIC reflects 90.57% of visible and near infrared light ,and reflects 94.29% of visible radiation .The temperature of enclosed internal surrouding was reduced by 7-8癈,in comparison with those structure coated aluminium paint with HIC under sunshine.Otherwise, the all-round properties, especially resistance to weather and resistance to ageing, of the coating is improved by modifying resin and adding aids. The reflectivity of thisreflection Solar heat energy coating developed is higher than the existing like product domestically.Yin Yanzi (material Science) Directed by Lin an and Liu Xiusheng...
