Marine vessels are the main means of transport in oceans. Ships sail year-round which due to adhesion of marine organism, result in bio-fouling and huge economic losses. Therefore, the use of certain methods to prevent and control of biological fouling is the work which must be carried out on the bottom of the ship, and anti-fouling coating is applied to the most effective way. With a gradual increase in the requirements of environmental protection, development of new environmentally friendly anti-fouling paint is particularly important.In this investigation, fluorine modified acrylic resins and antifouling coatings are researched. The solvent properties, initiator, the amount of fluoride monomer, the proportion of soft and hard monomers, and the synthesis process of the resin are explored. Infrared testing, molecular testing, and other performances of the resin for instance contact angle are tested too. Through the test, the best formula and the best craft are founded: the proportion of soft and hard monomers is 1.08, G04 fluorine monomer content that achieve 16.7% of total monomers, the correct ratio of solvent is alcohol solvent A 15%: aromatic solvent A 60%: esters solvent A 25%, the use of long-term dropping fluorine monomer process is the optimum technology to synthesis resin. At the same time, further examination was done in order to find the synthesis process of the coating and nano-technology to modification, through the test results and observation of the coating surface to determine the best basic recipe of the paint and coating technology. The ingredient of the coating is: 44 share of resin, 13 share of pigment, 7 share of nano-silica, 36 share of solvent, with adding appropriate amount of additives, the point is the CPVC of the coating,and the quantitative data is 0.3117. The best technology for the paint adding nano-fillers, the best preparation of specific processes is ultrasonic separation of nano-SiO215min at the beginning, then adding fillers and solvents, afterwards high-speed dispersion 30min, and then adding resin, low dispersion 30min later, grinding 30min at last. Explore chapter includes resin coated pigments and fillers of the relevant terms, micro-nano fillers build nano-structured coating film on the contact angle of impact, and the results showed that the surface contact angle with micron - nano-layer hierarchical structure is much higher than the surface contact angle of a single structure; the paint which resin for pigments and fillers with thickness about 0.01688μm is the best; the prime amount of nano-fillers is 7.246%; the lowest surface energy of the paint film is 1.0374mN/m.
