At present,low desulfurization rate is one of the problems in desulfurizationduring coal combuaion.Blending additives improve desulfudzation effect,while fortheir very small ratio in coal and dilution effect of coal,blending additives'assistfunction call't get used sufficiently,because of not enough touch between them anddesulfurization agents,SO that desulfurizafion rate can't rise up considerably.Crudelimestone with assistant components inherent is selected as desulfurization agents inthis paper.Making the most use of their characteristes of the assistants and thedesulfurization components even distribution originally,in order to eliminate weaknessof their reaction interface,assisting desulfurization function of the assistantcomponents gets sufficiently used. Six kinds of limestone with assistants components inherent areselected:ferruginous limestome,crystalline limestone,maganase limestone,blocklimestone,siliceous limestone and argillaceous limestone as Novel Desulfurizati'onAgents with Inherent Assistants in this paper.Experimental result shows thatdesulfurization rate reduce with the elevation temperature,under 20%whentemperature rising up to 1150℃;the rate advances as desulfurization agents contentin coal increases,the desulfurization rate with 25%content of maganase limestonein coal as desulfurization agent is 79.35%at 900℃;ferruginous limestome is the bestdesulfurization agent in a whole,siliceous limestone the weakest by comparison,desulfurization rates are 77.74%and 64.84%respectively;and desulfurization rate inbriquette is higher than that in coal powder generally,the amount is 59.72%withferruginous limestone as the desulfurization agent. Coal ash after desulfurization is analysed by using XRD and SEM methods.Theresult shows there is new crystalline species GaSO4 compound besides CaS04.NovelDesulfurization Agents,itll Inherent Assistants enhance reaction activity throughimproving their reaction interface properties,converting CaS04 into more stablematter CaS04 compound at high temperature,as a reset,desulfurization rate increase....
