Facing the status that the low sulfur removal efficiency and the SO2 pollution of the industrial chain boilers, the research is supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning province (NO.20042174). Then the reasons that influence desulfuration rate were analyzed according to the reaction mechanism of desulfuration and industrial conditions of coal combustion. Then three methods were put forward to promote desulfurationrate from the aspects of kinematics, thermodynamics and the course of sulfur fixation reaction. The research developed high-temperature desulfurization agent that makes use of industrial waste and mineral materials from the forming mechanism of high-temperature phase desulfurization. This paper explored preliminarily the thermal environment of industrial chain boilers combustion and provided new theory and technics method.
