The Counter-Rotating Axial Flow Fans take the important role in the present mine ventilation equipment into account, but there is the low efficiency and high noise in the present designing Counter-Rotating Axial Flow Fan. So, the important task is to design a fan which have high efficiency,low noise,and well aerodynamic matching condition. Because of the longer design time,model-experiment,taxing and repeat working,low modifiability, the simulation method be given, which can to simulate the performance,choice the model,analyze the condition at the deferent parameters.At first, in the paper, the Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method haven been improved. After analyzing the different simulation method in the present, the author gave the current method for the Counter-Rotating Axial Flow Fans, which be used in the Ansys soft.Next, it analyzes 3D flows in the radial and skewed-swept blade cascades, using 3D Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the RNG k—ε turbulent model for the steady flows. In the paper, the author used the accurate discrete method. Then, the iterative method is chosen in the end.At last, the author simulates a Counter-Rotating Axial Flow Fans through the method above all. Comparing with the Fans' given parameters, the paper proofs the accuracy of result, analyzes the origin of error, sums up the experience, put forward the further foresight.
