| When sinking a well in exploitation of oil, a record of the drilling process will be made out. It is the most valuable data resource of mining work, and much experience will be obtained from these records. In our country, workers always operate devices depending on their own experience, which results in constant accidents and the waste of financing and time. At the same time, apparatuses are too outdated to develop the exploitation career. Our customer has developed 4 similar devices which all could not satisfy the demand of work and wants to cooperate with us. The research on the Real Time Parameter Device of Drilling in this paper is occurring in the situation above.The particularity of working environment of the system and the speciality of the Micro-Control Unit (MCU) is wholely considered in this paper, and the design scheme of double MCUs is employed. This scheme integrates data-sample, analyzing and processing, calculating as well as data-communication, which allow the system to satisfy all demands of the project effectively and stably. The system can collect and recorde data, and monitor the status of aiguille. According to the requirements of our customer, the Real Time Parameter Device of Drilling can sample various signals and can determinate and process data synthetically. It also can display all data and transmit them to the computer, and it can provide necessary sound alarm and realize the communication between all modules by means of communication agreements. At the same time, the parameter and data can be corrected by means of keyboard.In the communication between system and PC, four projects are suggested that is RS232 standard, SMS (Short Message Service), PLCT(Power Line Carrier Transceivers)and wireless transmission of data based on FSK(Frequency Shift Keying ) according to the different situation of drilling scenes. The reasonable arithmetic and right choice of absolute displacement coder is of great importance in the improvment of system precision. In the design process of software, digital filter is applied to getting rid of noise in signal collection so that the veracity of data is improved, and some ideas and methods of the software engineering are used to software design of the system, which makes the design, test and maintenance of software much easier.This paper discusses the design of hardware and software of the system in detail. The determination of work situation and calculation of parameters are described in a chapter independently because of their importance and particularity. A conclusion is obtained at last of this paper, and several proposals of following work are given, too. To this day, this system has been used in workplace for a long time. It is operating normally and has got full satisfaction and high praise of customers. Now feedback information from customers indicates that the Real Time Parameter Device of Drilling will gain considerable economic and social benefits. |
