Time-grating is a very important original innovations,scientific researchers have taken great efforts for many years,finally,a major breakthrough have been tanen.Comparsing with the traditional grating sensors,the time-grating is a new displacement sensor.Comparsing with optical grating sensor,time-grating avoids the need for precision-engraved lines to achieve high-precision measurement technology,so that greatly reduce the cost of manufacturing,technology has become less complicated.In terms of environmental adaptability such interference,oil,dust,time-grating is much better than optical grating sensor.This paper focuses on the absolute time grating displacement sensor,applying the absolute time-grating displacement sensor to mechanical transmission field,lays the foundations for replaceing optical grating sensor,Gear transmission,dues to its evenly balanced transmission of motion and power,has been widely applied to mechanical devices.It not only ensures constant transmission ratio,high stability,accurate and reliable transmission,while its wide range of power and speed.It's advantage can be reflected in: relatively compact structure,performance is quite reliable and enable to reach a larger transmission ratio,high efficiency,long life,etc.In the mechanical transmission chain,vibration,noise is mainly cause to the gear transmission error.It covers dynamic performance,strength performance and other large amounts of informations.It is a very important to have testing of dynamic measurement of transmission error in machines in the condition of requiring a higher quality of transmission.Meanwhile,it is not only an important indicator of testing quality of gear train,but also provide a reference for further improving the design and processing gear.This makes the study of the transmission error detection and analysis methods has important theoretical significance and application value.So,how to more accurately detect a transmission error has become the measure of a machine tool transmission performance is an important indicator.Contents of this paper: Analysised the transmission error detection theory and derivating the algorithm;Analysised the theoretical models and algorithms of applying absolute time-grating displacement sensor to detect transmission error;Proposed the point of the clock pulse counting and high frequency clock interpolation subdivision;Completed successfully the PLC signal processing circuit;By using thecommunication protocol of USB3.0 chip;Communicated successfully with PC by means of the mode stream in;Designed circuits to processe the original signal of the sensors;Made by a high-performance FPGA signal acquisition card to process signal acquired,then send them to PC with USB3.0 and integrating the USB3.0 and FPGA together in a circuit board;Develop a signal processing bench by programming with C# 2013 at PC,eable to real time processing signal sampling.Aanalysing FFT by programming with C#.Complete successful two experiments,including: a simulation experiment by setting a transmission ratio error curve;a multi-stage gear ratio test mounted on a hobbing machine.Then drawing the error curve,FFT spectrum analysis have been done after.
