Development And Application Of High-Speed Washer

According to the actuality of the washing and condense to the pulp in the pulp and paper industry of our country, on the bases of the present washing and condensing equipment, we have developed the high speed pulp-dresser. We have introduced new manufacturing technology in the machine which is of high automatization, and can carry out the transformation of pulp from low density to high density. This machine mentioned in the paper can increase the density of pulp rapidly and efficiently in the process of washing . During the processing, the machine can wipe off the printing ink particle, stuffing and the other small impurity efficiently , then increases the white level of the pulp. This machine also has predigested system scheme, low cost and can replace the tray condenser and the inclined screw condenser. The machine presented in this paper is of full close in structure which has a shell made of stainless steel that is antisepticise and antirust. The design of this machine includes 4 parts: The first one is the design of the belt line which is used to export the pulp that has been condensed; The second one is the design of the pulp flowing box, the pulp flowing box is the machine of receiving the pulp that distributing the pulp equalitly along the driven roller in landscape orientation to achieve the stability of receiving the pulp; The third part is the design of the host transmission which includes the calculating the intension and flinch of the roller ,and decide the dimension of the host roller and the driven roller; The last one is the design of autocontrol. The automatization of the machine mentioned is proper high. Many function includes the self-tuning of the filtering net , the to-and-fro movement of the high pressure moving spray, the to-and-fro movement of scraper is fulfilled automatically.The high speed pulp-dresser discussed in this paper has been implemented in the 50t/d waste paper processing line, the BOWEN paper company , Tengzhou city. The result is as good as anticipated where the white level of pulp is 4-5 times to the one produced by the traditional machines.
