In the near future, nano-filling complex foam plastics have quickly developed an important branch of plastics industry. For having excellent performance of light quality, isolated voice, isolated heat, mechanical capability, having got broad application. An object of the article is to study the manufacture of preparing nano/polymer composite material making use of An In Situ Bubble Bubble Stretching (ISBS) process. It simulates the bubble oscillation using the software of MathCAD, evaluates the disperse effect of nano-composite using fractal.On the basis of some studies carried out by former, using some basic oscillation equation and software of MathCAD, we have simulated the air bubble oscillation in computer in order to analyze the element to affect the bubble oscillation. From the oscillation equation and software , we got the element of difference press between inside bubble and outside(DPIO),the polymer visico-elasticity, surface tension, polymer density, to make the bubble oscillated .The Article has simulated the DPIO, polymer density, surface tension, polymer viscosity, polymer temperature, polymer press, material relax time, kind of gas, gas diffuse coefficient, original bubble radius, and so on, the outcome we got indicate the frequency of bubbleoscillation to reach to MHz, it has reach the range of ultrasonic .from that ,we can learn that the ISBS method about using ultrasonic to disperse the granules doing well just only in theory.Fractal is used to quantitative describe the interrupted, stochastic, nonlinear physical and chemic phenomena. The article uses the fractal peculiarity to analyze the granules disperse quality nano/polymer composite using ISBS. We make a fractal mathematical model, to analyze the granules disperse which are close to bubble .using random fractal to analyze the granules disperse which is far away bubble.
