| Digital image processing is a mathematical procedure which calculated by computer. With the developing of image theory, digital image processing is widely used in every department of country economy.The shape of canvas used by common types of imprinter are canonical rectangle,but the imprinter Ample 3000 involved in this paper is a new kind of product, whose canvas's shape differing in thousands ways, may be polygon and arc, etc. Under this circumstance, if operations still go on according to usual process, the waste of resource will be inevitable and a great deal of negative effect on the imprinter will also engender by excessive ink. For the sake of avoiding the occurrence of this kind of thing farthest, our solution is turning region which needn't to be printed into blank. Manifold disposal of images is demanded before the accomplishment of operations above, and the feasibility and practicability of the method have been proven in practice. There are several improvements and innovations in this paper , they no only improve the quality but also raise the efficiency .This thesis can divide into six parts. The first part is to introduce the classification, and relevant technology of large-size digital imprinter, and analyse the characteristic and advantage of tabulate imprinter. The second part introduce the solution of the problem and how to select the hardware and software ; The third part is to introduce several typical digital pretreatment of the image, including edge detection ,binarization and man-machine interaction . The fourth part put an emphasis on image emendation, and how to find out the control points, followed by the conclusion, and classification; The fifth part will introduce how to get the final image which use to be printed; The last part is a summary and prospect ,and points out what still needs to be improved more.Development on this image manipulation software has been finished primarily and the anticipate result is achieved . |
