This paper has systematically reviewed the domestic and international current situations and development tendency of the ion exchange theory and application teconology. It also has introduced the characteristic of weakly basic resin and the regenerating method at present. According to the principle of cleaner production and sustainable usage of regenerator , this paper has probed novel technology of the colloid regeneration of the weakly basic resin.At first this paper has analysed the theoretical reaction mechanism of the colloid regeneratiing, and then has carried on the static and dynamic test.Through the static test, this paper has studied the impact on regenerating effect of process parameter . The result shows, temperature , invalid anion resin and inhibitor ratio , are remarkable influence factor of the colloidal regenerating process . It is up to about 75% of regeneration efficiency of the optimized process parameters of weakly basic anion exchange resin .In second part, this paper confirmed the colloid regeneration technological process, detailly studied the reaction course of colloid regeneration . The dynamic test result indicates , that it's regeneration effect be superior to that of static regeneration . Under normal atmospheric temperature , regeneration efficiency of anion resin already exceed 45% . The transition rate of Sodium-type weakly acidic cation exchange resin--as pH value inhibitor, is also up to 46.9%.On the basis of experiment , we can draw the conclusion : the new method of weakly basic anion exchange resin colloid regeneration is feasible . It not only make resin regenerated , but also unlikely produce large number of waste liquid which will pollute water bodies . It is a double-profits techonology between environmental and economic benefits.
