In recent years,the anion exchange resin,as the main commercialized adsorbent,was used for phosphorus deep purification from water,but the traditional methods of regeneration?chemical regeneration,physical regeneration?still exist many problems,such as secondary pollution and high cost problems,especially,traditional regeneration method is difficult to make the scarce phosphorus resources recycling.Chlorella sp.is one strain of microalgae and generally distributed in the surface water,and easy to isolate from the environment and culture indoor,as well as phosphorus is one of the necessary element fo the propagating of Chlorella sp.The bioregeneration for exhausted resin using Chlorella may solve the problems stated above.In the present study,the bioregeneration of exhausted resin in Chlorella cell suspension?106 cell/ml?was researchedbasing on the mechanism of phosphorus adsorbtion,and releasing behavior from exhausted resin in water to provide the foundation for the regeneration process.To explore Firstly,the resin toxicity effect on chlorella sp.was carried out to provide tha safe and efficient cell concentration for regeneration.The results showed that the appropriate concentration,resin?g?:cell suspension?mL?,would be arranged within 00.8g/100 ml.The result of fourtarget?pH,volum of cell suspension,NO3-,salinity?orthogonal test showed that pH and chlorella biomass were the main factors,which should be arranged in 6.5-8,and250-1000mL/0.2g?cell suspension/resin?.The test of single factor on regeneration in f/2medium showed that the condition of neutral pH,0.2g/250mL resin/susupension,7.5%NO3-,and lower salinity was the best for regeneration.The regeneration efficiency can reach above 70%,besides,it can maintain 70%regeneration efficiency after five cycle tests,which provides scientific basis and technical support for the biological regeneration of adsorbents.
