| In this article, the effect on coating film properties was studied, including resin for heat curing acrylic powder clear coatings, post prescription, and curing process. And on the base of the synthesis of the resin for acrylic powder coatings, it's discussed that the effect of different monomer component and the dosage of initiator, and the best system of copolymerization was gotten, using GMA, MMA, EMA, BA and HEMA as copolymerization monomers. And at the same time, saturated fatty acid was used to improve the impact strength of the film, and the effect of crossl inking and branching structure on coating film was researched. On the base of mentioned above, and according to lots of experiments, it's gotten that the prescription of acrylic powder clear coatings with the best properties, including the dosage of GMA, the kinds and the dosage of saturated fatty acid, curing agent, and so on. And the curing process of acrylic powder clear coatings was also improved.And then, it's studies that the effect of in suit copolymerization decentralization nano-TiO2 on resin, and the effect on film properties wasalso studied.Finally, UV curing acrylic powder clear coatings for automobiles was studied, including the synthesis of UV sensible resin and it's kinetics and the curing of film. And made a good base for further study.
