Microcellular plastic is a new kind of polymeric material.It can enhance the compressive behavior,tensile behavior,impact behavior,fatigue-resistance and decrease thermal coefficient,dielectrometric constant.At the same time ,microcellular plastic decreased the weight of the polymer with numberous cell bubbles.So it can save energy through decreasing processing and transpoting costs.Today,microcellular materials had become a hot study in materials fields. With bioactive and histocompatibility,Medpor had been widely used in ear reconstruction,auricle construction and face surgery.Were flexibility and elastic,Medpor had more widely used in ear stents.In order to overcome those defect ,super saturated gas technology was used to prepare the new kind of Medpor with flexibility ,high elastic behavior in this paper.According to the character of HDPE and super saturated gas technology ,a series of experiments had been designed. modification of HDPE's flexibility This paper described the character of HDPE and it's blended with EDPM in order to eliminate the flaw of HDPE being hard ,lower elastic.Use super saturated gas technology to prepare Medpor in nitrogen circumstance When using super saturated gas technology to prepare Medpor in nitrogen circumstance ,pressure ,temperature and proportion had immediate influence on manufacturing Medpor ,so orthogonal design method was used to analyse the experimental results.Use super saturated gas technology to manufacture Medpor in carbon dioxide circumstance. Using super saturated gas technology to prepare Medpor in carbon dioxide circumstance ,orthogonal experimental design had been used to deal with the results since pressure ,temperature ,time, proportion had direct effect on manufacturing micro porous materials.Through using mass retention ,electron microscope and scan electron microscope(SEM) to analyse the reason of cell dubbles'forming from macroscopic and microscope,the results indicated that it's easier to form foams in carbon dioxide circumstance than that in nitrogen circumstance.
